The staff are very approachable and accommodating even during reservation stage, they make sure that you are all set before arriving. They also allow you to store your luggage if you arrived before check in and also after check out if your flight is a bit later, so you can walk around without dragging your luggage with you. The location was perfect as well. There is a small store right beside the hotel where you can buy your necessities and it is open until late in the evening. And there are a lot i mean aaa lot of restaurants outside of the hotel. There are stores as well where you can buy souvenirs which is cheaper compared to buying it in the touristic places. Also the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia was just 17 minutes walk from the hotel and the grand bazar is 14 minutes walk only. What I like more is that the area is not so populated you can still have your peace walking around. This hotel is Highly recommended. I would prefer to stay here if we will be back to Istanbul in the future.
