Anything we needed/requested she went far beyond the call of duty. Thank you truly Ms. Basdemir for helping make this vacation exceptionally good. The hotel, staff, food, rooms were great. The pool was REMARKABLE!!!!!! Met people from all over the world. "Service with a smile" is an understatement. The Concorde Deluxe Resort was fantastic!! Highly recommend this resort. It was our honeymoon and they really did so much to make the stay extra special. Every member of staff was fantastic. The room was pristine and beautiful - views were stunning. Good food options - pools were clean and well staffed. Will stay again many times.
