Love the victorian charm of this historic house! We always look forward to sitting on the deck looking out over the excitement on Dickson Street. We love that we're in the middle of the action with great food, drink, and entertainment, only a short walk from our room. We also look forward to the cozy, relaxing bed! The mattresses are so comfortable that (according to my watch) I get more and better quality sleep here than anywhere else - even my own home. My wife and I are introverts, so we like the fact we can book, check in, and check out without ever talking to anyone if we don't feel like it. However, if you need anything, the staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Whenever we visit Fayetteville, we always try to book here first, and we've been lucky enough to always get a room. We're already looking for upcoming events so we can book our next stay!

The hotel has a sun terrace and a hot tub. It was about a 5-minute drive to downtown but it was nestled away for a really great feel of being out in the wilderness right off the beaten path.

It was too cold to enjoy the back deck, but everything about the accommodations met our expectations. I particularly liked how quiet it was and the location.
