From the moment we arrived, we were treated to complimentary drinks, fruit, and even cake—both on arrival and after returning from excursions. The warm hospitality was unmatched. A special thanks to Anx and the other gentleman at the reception (apologies for not catching his name), who provided outstanding personal service. The complimentary bicycles and the cycling trips through the scenic surroundings, as well as the guided tour recommended by the staff, were absolute highlights of our stay in Vietnam. The cooking class was also a fantastic experience—fun, interactive, and delicious! This is the perfect place for families, couples, or anyone looking for a serene escape with exceptional service and attention to detail. Would love to returen one say. Upon arrival we received a prepared list of interesting places to visit, recommended restaurants (also vegetarian - which was very helpful for us) and a large plate of fresh fruit. The room was spacious, cleaned every day, with water, tea and coffee refills. A large bathroom, with a shower and hot water, large windows on the walls, a small swimming pool on the roof and .. a kitchen where you can prepare something if necessary. The service was also very nice and helpful, speaking English, which is a great convenience in communication. There is a very nice beach nearby - about 10-15 minutes walk. With a scooter you can see the island from the other side - it is more wild and uninhabited

All good with the exception of the noise/extremely loud so called music generated from the next door bar/restaurant. Many complaints lodged with the front desk which took action and ultimately made a temporary difference until the next day.
