Bathrooms were clean and had all the essentials. Great location and very central, a short walk to the busy centre of Hanoi. The staff!!!!! I have never met staff that are so helpful and kind. They will do absolutely anything for you to make your stay perfect and also are great to help with booking days out etc. They gave me a free upgrade with a window when I was feeling unwell and a gift of coffee bags and a grinder to take home. Nothing is too much for this lovely team of staff.

The door staff are extremely friendly and always greeted with a smile or offering you a cuppa tea or fresh fruit. Hanoi is so busy and for first timers to the city what a absolutley relaxing stay at such a reasonable cost . I would definatley stay again.
