And the staff were so kind and helpful , my husband got sick in Hanoi and we travelled to Hoian and he became worse . They really took care of us at this hotel and made sure we’re were comfortable and had a doctor on stand by . Exactly what you need/want when you are in a Crisis. They were incredible . Great service — everyone was super nice and helpful in arranging transfers, laundry, and anything else we needed. Breakfast could be improved a bit, but it was enough to get the day started. We had a corner room with plenty of natural light and a nice view of the river. We would definitely come back.
