The staff at this hotel were so lovely and attentive, (especially Jay!!) they made sure we had everything we needed and provided us with multiple vouchers for a free massage, afternoon tea and drinks. The room was spacious and clean, huge comfy bed and a bath!! We loved our stay here and would highly recommend you stay here the value for money is amazing!!

Beautiful view from the room over the lake, very quiet and hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the traffic and centre. Easy enough to order grab taxis to the centre. Wifi was good and in all areas. Staff were very attentive and friendly. 10/10 great value for money.

But the staff and customer service is impeccable! I went to each of the recommendations the staff gave me and they were all amazing. The hotel itself is a bit of a walk from the Old Town, but it makes up for it by being peaceful and quiet.

They offer ideas for trips and anything else you may want. They are interesting to chat with as well. Bicycles were appreciated as we used them to tour town and go to the rice fields and the beach. Breakfast has many choices and is excellent. All staff were excellent and we found Hanh to be exceptional. We plan to return to Hoian and stay here again.

Grande chambre avec terrasse et accès direct à la piscine. Séjour parfait ! Personnel très disponible qui propose et qui aide à organiser les différentes excursions dans les environs.

The manager and staff were so hospitable and helpful. They went out of their way to help me with my SIM card. The buffet was really good. The pool was excellent very comfortable. The manager upgraded our room. The property had a Christmas lighting ceremony, which had complementary cocktails and appetizers.

Situé le long de la plage de Cua Dai, le Palm Garden Beach Resort & Spa vous accueille au cœur de 5 hectares de magnifiques jardins paysagers. This is one of the best resorts in this area. Nice beach, clean and comfortable facilities, helpful and friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Good food, nice breakfast. Landscaping, beach, all good.

Water dispenser, gratis mini bar - one time per day included in price, sunbeds and umbrellas for hotel guest at the beach, convenient shuttle bus hours (with 1 exception). Spacious rooms, different activities at the hotel, happy hours, and very good breakfast.
