We were fortunate enough to have been celebrating our 35th anniversary in this hotel and the staff went over and beyond by celebrating it with us in little gestures and much attention , and we cannot be thankful enough. We would personally like to thank all the staff members we encountered in our visit and I will mention just a few The food and beverage manager Phuong alongside the dining room staff , mentioning mentioned just a few (, but they were all wonderful )Tuan ,Minh, Thao, Chung were very serviceable, attentive and professional. Upon arrival, the reception team did everything to accommodate all our needs in smiles and professional manner. I would like to personally thank and mention Nhat and Trang . It is wonderful to see how this hotel integrates the local people in an international hotel, giving them the opportunity to upgrade their knowledge and lives. All this wonderfully led by Thinh Phan, G.M. as a conductor of a well tuned orchestra. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back.

Not only are they amazing, but my room was super clean, beautifully decorated, smelling good, with the most amazing view on the rice fields, quiet, with good wifi. And only 15minutes walking to the center. They helped me a lot with my bus reservations, the owner gave me a very good deal on scooter rental. They even clean your room daily. I was really amazed. They have been so kind to me, I'm gonna miss them!!!
