This hotel is beautiful and the staff were favorite from all places in Dubai. Room is more than adequate, great aircon and all the facilities immaculate, 247 room service not badly priced. Very convenient to get around from this location. I enjoyed my stay. They gave me early check in as requested as soon as I arrived. Shayan helped with bags and was pleasant.

    You have to visit this place which is the tallest building...

    You have to visit this place which is the tallest building in the world, the views are amazing and the photographers took some amazing photos which although a little expensive it is something to treasure. Two souvenir shops were on the top selling various gifts at really reasonable prices. Although we had a timed visit of 6.00p.m we were allowed in straight away.

    Wonderous, our little daughter came with us on the night lake gondola boat..I RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE WANTING A SOECIAL MEMORY. IT WAS NOT COSTLY( BOOKED VIA KLOOK). AND OUR DAUGHTER STILL MARVELS AT ALL THE PEOPLE WAVING AT HER FROM THE PROMENADES AS SHE WENT AROUND LIKE A PRINCESS... BEAUTIFUL MEMORY THE BURJ IS JUST IN A CLASS OF ITS OWN

    The view is amazing, but the at the top experience is very badly organized. They are probably selling too many tickets for the afternoon time slots. More than 200 people were even piling up in the mall in front of the entrance when we arrived. We had a time slot for 2.30 pm for levels 124&125 and we were waiting in total 2 hours in 5 different endless rows until we were on top. Then another 30 min waiting for the lift down again - at least now with a good view... Either go early in the morning, pay for a more expensive later time slot (but this was not available in combination with Dubai Aquarium) or pay for fast access. Otherwise we cannot recommend this at all.

    Whoever said it gets lonely at the top has never been to the top of urj Khalifa. The long queue and waiting that we had to endure to get to the top of Burj Khalifa almost ruined the experience for me. Plus, once you DO get to the top, there's a mad frenzy of crowd trying to take pictures etc. and almost an equally lengthy wait to go down the elevator. Terribly exhausting (not to mention irritating) People travelling with kids/ elders be warned that this is no easy tour

    Expensive but worth doing, but I think the guide needs a different sound system, we couldn't comprehend a word he was saying! Difficult to find the entrance as the signage in the Dubai Mall is appalling.

    Dubai as our driver said is literally DO BUY. Everything is money. If you take the 124-125th floor, the cheapest you will be herded into the lift packed like sardines If you pay more for 148 th Floor and 154th you are given a Sky VIP sticker and taken in a smaller group and treated more decently. You can have coffee and cakes at the 148 and 154 th floor. The view is awe inspiring. Truly a magnificent work of engineering.

    The apartment is based in centre of Dubai with 10 minutes walk to Burj khalifa and Dubai mall. The apartment is big with a private terrace and jacuzzi. There is also a pool, steam room and gym in the building which is good for a warming up workout. Overall, amazing experience.

    The hotel is modern and has a fun, trendy vibe about it. The room was clean and nice. The absolute highlight is the pool. It has plenty of sunbeds always with fresh towels. It gets plenty of sun or you can put up shade umbrellas. The view there of Burj Khalifa made it such a beautiful spot. The location was good with Dubai Mall walking distance.

Instead of a confined hotel room, there were spacious rooms, a modern kitchen, and a panoramic view of the city. Being able to walk to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall is invaluable! The noise of the city fades behind the apartment walls, creating a cozy cocoon. It's an ideal option for those who want to feel part of Dubai but remain independent.

    We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The 2-bedroom unit was very spacious and spotless, with a stunning Burj Khalifa view. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, with plenty of restaurants right downstairs. The rooms were comfortable, perfect for both short and long stays. Most importantly, the host was extremely helpful and responsive, making everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Dubai!

    Every single person working in our resort would say good morning / good evening and would stop what they were doing to go out of their way to do so. The taxi driver taking us from Burj Khalifa to our hotel was keen for a chat and to share the video of New Year fireworks that he took with his phone.
