We stayed at the suites and had a wonderful experience, thanks in large part to Smarika. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. What truly touched us was that she noticed it was our daughter’s birthday and surprised us with a birthday cake, joined by the staff. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the day even more special. Working in the service industry myself, I can confidently say that Smarika is an outstanding example of what true customer service should be. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care are exceptional. Her friendly voice alone adds a comforting and professional touch that instantly makes you feel welcome. Honestly, she should be training others—she’s a customer service guru in every sense. It wasn’t just Smarika—the entire team was fantastic. From the front desk to the breakfast staff, everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and made us feel valued. As a family, we truly felt welcomed and appreciated, like part of a bigger family. As airline staff, we travel frequently and have experienced service all over the world. This was one of the most heartfelt and professional experiences we’ve had. Thank you, Smarika, and thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable!
