Great staff, welcomed like family. We had questions - everything was solved, they bring everything they can bring to the room in 3 minutes (we were in January). Very attentive and kind to children. Calm and pleasant neighborhood, close to the metro and easy to catch a cab. Near a huge park, close to the water and water park. We had access to the lounge - top spot, I recommend it.

The staff first of all, polite friendly couldn’t have did more, the facilities were very accommodating, breakfast included a bonus and a shuttle bus.
