Location is perfect and any part of the Ciry Center is within walking distance. The foyer is quite grand with a lively bar and live music in the evening, piano and violin and during the day a nice place to just relax or do some work, the hotel restaurant has a good menu and the food standards are very good. The breakfast has something for everyone and they have a very good a la carte breakfast menu if you wanted something a little more special. The gym is not massive but adequate for purpose, and the Spa is also equipped with a big enough steam room and sauna for a few people with a small jacuzzi and a few beds to relax.

The location is very central, there are many cafes and shops around. It's super convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The hotel was very modern, clean, with good breakfast, good wifi and AC. The staff were super friendly, polite and helpful. At the check-in the receptionist told us he got us a later checkout without even asking :)

    I couldn’t be happier with my choice of this hotel! The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, and our river view room was definitely worth it. The whole stay felt calm and relaxing. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. The staff were friendly and helpful with everything we needed. It was also great that the hotel provides a shuttle service to Republic Square. The hotel itself and the area around are beautiful — lots of greenery, a river and a small bridge to walk across, even though it’s in the city. I would highly recommend!

    Hotel is in a great location near Republic Square, but away from the main hussle and bustle. Had more facilities on site than many similar hotels too. I really liked the wide breakfast selection and the reception staff were friendly, even though I arrived in the dead of night!

    Right in center of Yerevan loads of restaurants shops etc around not far from Republic square Apartment was spacious clean and has three double bedrooms Good size shower room with toilet and a separate toilet room too. Kitchen is big and with ample cooking equipment etc for those who'd prefer to self cater. It has adequately AC too Proprietor was pleasant and helpful.

    Beautiful and cosy apartment in the very centre of Yerevan, right by the shop and the metro. It's only a short walk to the republic square. The apartment is very clean, has everything you could need to feel like home and the beds are comfortable. The WiFi works well and the kitchen is well equipped. Overall a very good stay.

    It was a really wonderful stay. The position of the hotel is perfect (near shopping pedestrian street Northern Avenue, also not far from Republic Square). There is everything around: restaurants, bars, pharmacies, ATMs, 24/7 supermarket.The staff is indeed very friendly, kind, comprehensive and flexible. The rooms are clean. Breakfast was very tasty and diverse (omelette, tea/coffee/ vegetables, fruit, juice etc.) We are so happy!! Highly recommended.

    I spent two weeks at Kantar Hotel and Kantar Hostel (switched between private rooms across both) and it was such a wonderful stay, I could not recommend this accomodation enough. The staff were attentive, helpful and kind. The place got cleaned thoroughly daily, and my god, the breakfast every morning was sooo delicious and there was so much variety of food. Extremely convenient location too, just 5 minutes from Republic Square.
