Place and Facilities. Most of all, kind and dedicated people in Diplomatic Hotel. Francisco, Conzalo in reception and Luiz in concierge were quite nice and supportive. Especially, supervisor Franco supported me a lot on the check-out date in relation to flight cancellation due to national strike of airport. One of the rememberable hotels in the history of my visit. Quite strongly recommendable.

A gem of an old house, very well restored and beautifully decorated by the owners. Matilde personally transferred us from the airport to the hotel and was always ready to offer tips and advice. I miss this place already.
