I recently had the pleasure of staying at a O11 Boutique hotel in Vienna, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt at ease. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I could need. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was modern and clean, and the view of the city was simply breathtaking. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect as well, within walking distance to many of Vienna’s main attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Overall, my stay was exceptional. The combination of excellent service, comfort, and location made this trip to Vienna unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, and I would love to return in the future.

Very friendly staff and great location. the music concert on Sunday evening was really good and a welcome bonus. Location was perfect - quiet but five minutes walk to the centre

Excellent service and Ambiente

The hotel is beautifully appointed, very centrally located and the service is beyond compare. On top of all of that, the breakfast is to die for (especially the almond croissants), and the spa facilities are the icing on the cake.

the hotel is located the middle of Vienna city, and restaurants, opera house, concert halls, shopping center, and churches are all walking distance. the room is well cleaned every day, and the furniture is fit to Vienna.

The location was superb and the staff friendly, informative & helpful. Only a very short walk into the the old town area. Great coffee in the room.
