Everything was perfect. The hotel is in a great location next to tram and center of the citi. Very! clean room, tidy and cosy, cleaning service every day, the decoration and the whole space of the hotel same for the bar/reception space for breakfast. Very good and tasty breakfast with combination of buffet and personal orders . Really excellent staff !very polite! Nothing really to comment. I fully recommend this hotel

Very friendly and caring people everywhere. Always a smile, always a sense of humour. Each room is different, everything is furnished with authentic vintage design. The hotel - AND the rooms - are full of real works of art. There is no bling-bling, nothing pretentious, nothing posh. The whole concept breathes the gentle modesty of genuine quality. One day we wanted to find out where we could rent bicycles... they simply told us that the bicycles of the hotel are free to use... And if you are a piano player, you should take the Bösendorfer suite: in that room there is a perfectly tuned Bösendorfer grand piano for you to play on between 09.00 and 21.00 h.

I stayed in Boutiquehotel Stadthalle for 2 nights during my recent visit in Vienna to celebrate my birthday. Thanks for the lovely greeting card and a cute little gift ! Its a nice eco hotel which actually focuses on sustainability. It was a wonderful experience for me as all staff members were very friendly and always smiling :) Rooms and bathroom facilities were clean and location is very convenient as close to Westbahn station so even if you are traveling with public transport like me that won't be an issue too :)) Even I enjoyed their daily morning breakfast, everything was fresh and organic ! :)) I am already looking forward for my next stay soon !

Exceptional elegance and luxury. It exceed our expectations. The location, just central, minutes away from museums. Welcomed by a polite and skilled staff, valet parking (cost 30/day). While check in the hotel is offering refreshing warm towels, a selection of coffee or a glass of champagne. Flowers everywhere. The room was crispy clean! A small box with complimentary chocolates welcomed us at the room which was spacious with a wooden floor. ( I don't like wall to wall carpeting at hotels because they usually have a smell). Furniture are contemporary and relaxing and the tv screen is "appearing" through the room mirror if turned on. Also cleverly hidden in the room desk are plugs and a wireless charger is offered for your devices. The indoor swimming pool with a chandelier above, the gym facilities and the spa very pleasant. The breakfast was a feast combining a variety and quality buffet but also offering additional plates such as eggs royal by order( no extra cost). The front desk staff polite, smiling and willing to offer info and reply to all our questions. Overall we are grateful for receiving such a lovely hospitality.
