The hotel was really communicative about how to reach it and how to gain access for out of hours check-in which was really easy to do. The interiors are beautiful and it was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever had - we were so sorry we were only staying one night and will definitely be back! The breakfast was lovely and staff were very friendly.

    Location is excellent. I was there for work at the University of Graz so the location was very convenient—just 5 minutes of walking there. There was a bus stop in front of the building and a 3-min walk to a tram stop so it was easy to get around the city. The apartment was very spacious and I think it's ideal for 4-5 people.

    The location was great, right in front of University of Graz. The apartment was very clean, totally furnished (they really did not miss a thing). You have a free parking if you need it. You could get walking almost all of the nice points of Graz.
