It was an emergency stop due to train stoppage due to floods. I was totally amazed at the front desk guy Michael. He keeps so calm and totally in control with dozens of people queuing up for a room. He was helpful and had a good service mind and kept all the guests happy with his smile. Well done Mike. I would hire him any day.

Family suite was spacious and clean, we appreciated two separate bathrooms, a bath tub, and the beautiful view from the balcony at the 7th floor. We liked the small park behind the hotel, great for walking a pet. Kids appreciated the playground just across the street.

Amazing place! Very conformable bed. The location is a bit off, but not too far. I like it! I wouldn't take breakfast next time, but I'm unaware of options around the hotel.
