I really enjoyed this hotel, very nice decoration, clean and nice reception area with sofas, games and music. I did not have the buffet breakfast, but there is a convenient little cafe next to the reception.

Really great option for families and couples, close to Prater station but without all the buzz from downtown Vienna. Clean and modern rooms, breakfast was spectacular, everything was very detail oriented. Would definitely stay again.

Our trip to Vienna was truly memorable, thanks in large part to our wonderful stay at this hotel. Its prime location, just a 5-minute stroll from both the city center and the subway, made exploring the vibrant city incredibly convenient. Additionally, having a hop-on-hop-off bus station nearby and numerous supermarkets within easy reach further enhanced the convenience factor, making it an ideal base for our adventures. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel and the attentive service provided by the staff. Throughout our stay, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and hospitality. The breakfast offerings were satisfyingly diverse, providing us with plenty of options to fuel up for our days of exploration. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the hotel's charming terrace, where we enjoyed leisurely mornings sipping coffee and evenings relaxing with a beer, soaking in the ambiance of the city. Our room was a delightful retreat, boasting a cozy atmosphere and spacious layout. While some may perceive the furniture as 'old,' we found its classical charm to be a nod to the hotel's rich history, adding character to the space. The sizable bathroom was another plus, providing ample room for comfort. Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning for our future trips to Vienna. Our sincere thanks to the entire staff for their exceptional hospitality—your efforts truly made our stay unforgettable. Chapeau to all!

    Our children really enjoyed it (every time we are there), and we spent the whole day there. The rides are not expensive (mostly between €5 and €12), and it’s a wonderful experience the kids will remember for a lifetime. Parents can also join in, which makes it great for strengthening family bonds – an excellent place that families should not miss.

    Allow time to go round the Riesenrad museum prior to riding the Ferris wheel. Don't waste time looking for the Prater Cafe as seen in the Bond movie 'The Living Daylights' as it doesn't exist in real life. Maybe that's just as well considering... :)

    Make sure you have plenty of cash because you have to pay for each ride separately in cash. Also, the park website advertises passes for certain rides, however when we went to the information office, we were told passes are no longer available and they have no idea why that’s still posted on the site.

    Take the number 1 tram all the way to it’s last stop (Prater...

    Take the number 1 tram all the way to it’s last stop (Prater woods). From there take the Lilliput train to Prater. Cutest small train ever. You can buy a round trip ticket for 6 Euro and can get off and on once without buying another ticket.

    Great amusement Park for everyone.

    Great amusement Park for everyone. You will find something for everyone there- adrenaline seekers or not so brave types, all ages. You don't have to pay in, only pay for rides you choose and its very reasonably priced. There's lots of places to eat. Great place for a day trip.
