The room was very cozy, very little noise from the street, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a stocked mini bar, and a decently sized wardrobe. The shower was large and really appreciated the towel hanger inside the shower. We had a large smart TV that allowed us to connect to our devices.

The property is in an excellent location, close to the metro, Naschmarkt, and the charming Karlsplatz Christmas Market, making it easy to explore the city.     Lovely tour of the building and the history.

    Lovely tour of the building and the history. Unfortunately. there was a rehearsal ongoing so we were not able to go inside the main hall so do ask before you purchase a ticket as that is the main attraction. The final performance on the steps was a lovely touch.

    If you buy tickets that say "Obstructed view", BE CAREFUL!

    If you buy tickets that say "Obstructed view", BE CAREFUL! It's not obstructed, it's NO VIEW AT ALL! It'd be nice for the experience, but don't expect to see lots of the show (Opera/Ballet) if you buy these tickets. I did and it was worth it anyway, but be advised! (It's good value for money, though...)

    It's a magnificent building and the opera

    It's a magnificent building and the opera itself was most satisfying. Voices, music, performance and decorations were amazing! Only problem - was finding a wardrobe, seems that there are different cloak rooms depending on your seat. 1st row on a balcony isn't comfortable, 2nd was ways better.

    I stayed for 5 nights in room 307 which had a balcony. The rooms and facilities were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location, around a half hour walk to the main centre like the Vienna state opera house. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Vienna, lots to see and do.
