The best customer service we have experienced in a long time. Every staff member we encountered were so friendly and willing to assist with any request or enquiry, and we were greeted by everyone with a smile and genuine conversation. Plenty of parking space out the front of the hotel to check in and it was so easy to find parking in the on-site parking facilities. The room was very clean and provided us with ample amenities for our stay.

It is the most magnificent venue if you enjoy old world charm. The furniture and decor are exquisite taking a journey back in time. I thoroughly enjoyed walking to Homebush Village only a block away. It's cultural diversity was so refreshing. The authentic meals were very reasonably priced. The coffee ☕ shop and bakery was the best ever 👌
