The staff is just amazing. And in general the atmosphare, location, decoration, all very nice. The sheets were so comfy and the mattress, pillows and the duvet were also good. We had a kettle in the room which was great and also the breakfast had a nice variety.

This hotel is really exceptional. Very clean and so quiet. Staff were wonderful, location excellent, and breakfast was great. We were so pleased that this was our first stay in the area.

everything was fine. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was very good, the rooms were very clean and good. And Aziza is close to the city center. Just 10 min. walk. We are so happy for the stay. AND Sarajevo is a great town.
