Property was immaculate, rooms well appointed. Bed was large and comfortable, bathroom was lovely. Location was perfect, a stones throw from the central attractions. I arrived early and the hotel staff made early check in happen without me asking. Hussain at reception provided a map and information and was a pleasure to deal with.

This brand new hotel in located in the city centre, in a stately former bank building. It is tastefully renovated, with great attention to detail. They managed to transform the cold bank atmosphere into a warm, welcoming feel. Many thanks to the Professional staff: Jasmine and Radu helped me to feel "at home". This was such a lovely stay! The room exceeded my expectations; I like a setup where the hotel room is not just a big cube but has its "zones". There was a foyer area with a space to hang coats and leave shoes, and the bathroom and separate (!!!) toilet opened to this space. Then a 2 step "corridor" led to the spacious room. The bed was super comfortable, and the sheets clean and crispy; I understand now why other reviewers used the word "luxurious"! The staff was very welcoming, kind, and attentive. I already recommended this hotel to 2 friends. Thank you for the nice welcome, and hope to be back!

The atmosphere is amazing! All staff were kind and great! A huge thank you to the lady helping on the breakfast area, she was so communicative and my daughter loved her! She’s very kind and we felt great. The breakfast is amazing and the hotel is new. Room was perfect and clean and because we were checking out on a Tuesday, they allowed us for a late check out which helped us, as we were with our daughter and our flight was not until late afternoon. Highly recommend it!
