The property is located in an idyllic part of town, but it is still very close to all the restaurants and shops. Check-in went smoothly and the room was incredibly, especially the bed. We felt as though we were sleeping on a cloud. The spa was not crowded at all, which was very relaxing.

fabulous building on a hill overlooking the city. Rooms clean, comfortable and well equipped. I didn’t realise this was a hotel school when I booked but was very impressed with the level of professionalism of the students. Dinner and breakfast are not to be missed!
