Staff were really friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the food was fantastic. The room was beautifully presented and comfortable with a view towards the city centre.

Amazing hotel with amazing breakfast! Don't even think about going elsewhere to have a breakfast, take it here! Room was clean and cozy with good mattress and bathroom! It was really clean. Stuff was amazing and helpful. I would like to assure you that this place does worh it! Amazing price/quality ratio!

This was such a lovely stay! The room exceeded my expectations; I like a setup where the hotel room is not just a big cube but has its "zones". There was a foyer area with a space to hang coats and leave shoes, and the bathroom and separate (!!!) toilet opened to this space. Then a 2 step "corridor" led to the spacious room. The bed was super comfortable, and the sheets clean and crispy; I understand now why other reviewers used the word "luxurious"! The staff was very welcoming, kind, and attentive. I already recommended this hotel to 2 friends. Thank you for the nice welcome, and hope to be back!

high level interior design, fresh and dinamyc vibe, comfortable room and they also offered me an upgrade from "cosy" to "biggy" a first time welcome gift! The Restaurant Cantina Valentina is excellent, I went both evening and tasted several plates on the menu. Will be definitely back next time I'll go to Bruxelles!
