I think it was recently refurbished/built as everything looks brand new. Clean rooms, helpful staff and nice buffet breakfast. The showers were great and the view from the top floor is also nice. We had a 9 seater minivan which did not fit in the hotel underground parking but 2 min walk there is an open parking and the fee was reimbursed by the hotel.

Very good hotel. Modern, clean and perfect location. Close to everything important (sights, restaurants, shopping). Kind and helpful personnel. Very good breakfast. Highly recommended.

- brand new with great design - big and comfy bed - quiet - very good, central location - very nice and welcoming staff - I also stayed in the other hotel in Sofia (5 vintage), and personally, I liked Art 158 much more
