The hotel is full renovated, therefore all is new, the smell is pleasant, the furniture quality is above medium, the bathroom is spotless. The room have had a big double bed and 2 single beds, the space being big enough for us (we are a family with 2 children). Most important, during our stay the night temperatures were below 0 degree, but in the room was warm thanks to the heating system who can be easy set from the wall controller. The room was cleaned and towels were changed during our stay of 4 days (towels twice). Breakfast is very good, we found what we like, there is also coffee machine (very good cappuccino). When the hotel is at full capacity, it can be a bit crowded in the breakfast room, but we were always there around 8:30 and it was free (from 9 am onwards it became more crowded). we parked the car in the underground parking lot (for a fee, around 10-15 euro per day). The metro station is only 3 minute away on foot, but the downtown is also reachable in a 20-30 minute stroll. The value for money of this hotel is invincible.

The spa was amazing. Hotel had so many mod cons. I especially loved the dim sensor lights in the base of the beds.

The hotel features very large rooms (more than 50m2/500sqft) and great views over Sofia and a large park nearby from the upper floors. The beds are very comfortable and huge. The bathrooms feature a shower and a very large bathtub (I'm 6 foot). Everything was super clean and the room service was very quick and super helpful. We ordered food for in-room dinging and it was very delicious (I can really recommend the mixed cheese board). Again the food came super quick and the service was very attentive. Parking is very convenient since there was ample space in the complimentary parking garage below. You can go directly form the garage to your floor if necessary.

Perfect location, just a few steps from the Vitosha boulevard. The staff is super nice and they make anything for you. We got a free upgrade to an apartment. The breakfast was tasty, very wide choice of foods. The happy hour is also a nice bonus. We enjoyed the stay very much and we would recomend this hotel to anyone.
