Close to the airport - was exhausted - flew in from Tokyo to Toronto - AC messed up all flights due to delays - got to Ottawa at 1:40AM - then discover AC lost my baggage - therefore was at the airport until about 03:00 so it was great to easily get to the hotel (via taxi) to a very nice room - and later a great breakfast

Close to the Rideau Centre and Market. Room was exceptional. This was the 2nd time staying here and its our favourite in Ottawa. THis is a perfect spot for companies to use when having people stay in the city for multiple days.

New or well maintained building. The shower was pristine with very recently installed fixtures. The room was very quiet! I enjoyed the stay.
