The lobby area is a fantastic place to hang out and meet with a friend. The Charcut restaurant off the lobby is also fantastic. They have great pizza, pasta and meat (they are butchers) and can make anything gluten free. I LOVED the room. this is the second time I have stayed here and would live here if I could. The ceilings are high, the decor is fabulous, they have blackout blinds, the bathtub is big and deep, the bathroom is huge, the bed is really comfortable, the desk chair is adjustable in height, there is a Nespresso machine and so on... Location is excellent. Lots of restaurants nearby and a grocery store across the street. Also, a section of the main floor has an area you can eat your takeout if you prefer that to eating in your room.

We had a very nice junior suite. Lots of space and comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Big bonus was finding that the hotel has a coin operated laundry facility which saved us having to find one in the city. Breakfast was included and lots of choice.

Room was comfortable, clean and luxurious. Awesome, rainhead shower. The hotel was in the perfect location, walking outside to the Calgary tower and the breakfast was yummy.

The location is perfect, the staff is excellent, very hospitable and friendly, the room is spacious and clean, the food is great! We love the unique and beautiful interior design of the hotel! The indoor pool is big and heated at all times, my grandchildren and children enjoyed night swimming! We would definitely come back!
