Horrible casino.
Horrible casino. One drink an hour Casino high end steak restaurant was horrendous and there management rude . There is only one bar opened and have not a lot to offer it’s like they don’t want you to drink. Very expensive to play the tables compared to other places we have been at in the past 20 days travelling. The Beds in our room were so soft and dippy couldn’t sleep. Taps in bathrooms hand basin broken. Horrible and too short shower curtain so water teamed out all over the floor. No bag service. Staff coming in were very vague. So did not enjoy it at all. Just go there for FUN. They have made a LOT of improvements. I'm glad they utilized the empty spaces that used to be a food and convenience store areas. They NEED to bring MORE tour buses to make it more popular than other casinos in the area. Unfortunately, since Covid- both Casino Niagara AND Fallsview Casino has shut down their "All you Can Eat" Buffets. And Casino Niagara particularly now has a regular restaurant downstairs that is a la carte. The prices are okay. Travelling from one casino to the other - they DO have a FREE 'mini bus' at Fallsview (new) casino to bring people to Casino Niagara (old casino).
