Room service and staff were all excellent. The location is just the best. Quick access to the metro and many buses. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shops. The subway access within the building was nice because it was chilly outside.

Japaneese toilet is a huge plus. Air-conditioning is great. Bed is confortable. Near public transport. There is shared kitchen if you need one, but the room and bathroom is private, like in a hotel. Would recommend.
