Liked the small scale of the hotel with only 4 floors and having all the amenities of a larger hotel. The thoughtful placement of the electronic controls for the window shades and room lights made it very convenient to use from anywhere in the room. Loved the luxurious bathroom finishes and the quality of the bath products.

We had an amazing stay! The service was truly exceptional – the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special.     A huge corner room overlooking the elegant Massey Hall complex. There is a walk in shower. Easy walk to the Queen subway stop and also Sankofa Square where we met our tour bus. Lots of restaurants/bars within walking distance as well as the Ed Mirvish theatre. We had a meal at nearby Senator one evening, retro decor but delicious food and personable staff.
