Its a hotel, but inside UBC, originally made for people attending conferences at UBC. 5 min from UBC bus station and convinient to most places inside UBC. Highly recommended if visiting UBC but if visiting for a normal tourist, maybe stay somewhere else. Has a washing machine so suitable for long stays as well. A walk, run to the beach, which is at south, west or north from the hotels are highly recommended.

We had a car so the location was great.No fighting traffic. The room was a good size,clean, and well appointed.
