Definately I liked the location of the place. Murren is a picturesque village in the mountain with nice gift shops and cafes. It was pleasure to spend time there and we would like to come back one day. Although it is no car zone and the only way to get there was by car cable and train, it was worth staying there. Nevertheless, travelling to the hotel this way was an enoyable adventure :) The staff was really helpful and supportive. Regarding alimentation, the restaurant in the hotel was brilliant. We had dinner and breakfast with the amazing mountains view. The dishes were delicious and made with heart. We reccomend this place with no hesitation.

Hotel has a games room with pool table and soccer table and board games. A small library with books and big spacious lounge with free coffee, tea and mull wine. It's a good place to hang out at all these rooms when the weather was bad. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good experience
