This was one of our favorites during our stay in Switzerland! The quality was absolutely beyond our expectations: convenient location, huge room space, stunning lake view, super comfy beds… Even the shower gel and shampoo provided were perfect!

It was clean, comfortable and in a calm neighborhood. Staff were super friendly and supportive. The Lucerne ticket which we received a few days before our stay, was really helpful! The hotel is not in the city center but with the ticket we could use all public transport in the zone 10 and it was practical. We were very satisfied with our stay.
