Great location, pleasant staff, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable

The hotel must have one of the best views in all of Lauterbrunnen, it was truly breathtaking. Bathroom was clean, enough towels were provided for all of us and changed regularly. Fans were also provided since the temperatures were peak high, and they helped a lot. The breakfast buffet was simple and nice with an equally amazing view. Hotel staff was very friendly, especially Tristan at the reception, really well spoken.

Awesome location, excellent service, staff is very helpful and go out of the way to make you welcome and comfortable. 24 hours self serve laundry at the hotel and pick up service from the cable car were a big plus. Absolutely Superb views of the mountains and the valley.

Fantastic views, fantastic staff, went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Sara was a gem. She picked us up from the cable car, and I really didn't think the car would make it up to the mountain with us all on board, but she drove like a pro. I can't give any more praise for the place.
