The level of interest depends on your keenness on sports, but this is obviously 'Olympic Mecca'. The walk there along the lakefront is very pleasant in good weather. So worth the trip. The museum displays are exciting and artistically presented. Makes you feel connected to the athletes and their achievements. I also loved learning about the history of the Olympic Games : the presentations and graphics, etc were all well-written and produced. The Olympic museum was a 5/10 minute walk away from the hotel. You could also hire pedaloes or motor boats on the lake, or swim in it too. There was also a local market on the sunday, it was supposed to be saturday,but it was heavy rain that day. A supermarket and gift shop were around the corner.
