We just loved this hotel. Warm welcome on arrival and very helpful and friendly staff throughout our stay. Our room was a good size with an ‘oh so comfy’ bed! Decor and furniture very tasteful and good quality, with an ‘old world’ feel but with nice, modern touches. We will certainly stay here again next time in Geneva!

Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all

Very good size apartment that has more than just what you need including free laundry service. Free coffee and tea and Evian water at the lobby. Very helpful and friendly staffs indeed!! Good location!
