Friendly , original , comfortable and all my needs were met in a casual and caring way

During the past 15 years, I have been traveling for work in lots of cities across North America and Europe. Boutique Hotel Seidenhof is a 4-star hotel that's better than many 5-star hotels. The room was spotless, and the service was fast and polite. They even had anatomic pillows! And they also provided complimentary chocolate and fruits. Thank you, guys!

I remember passing by this hotel in Zurich and being amazed at its location. I purposely booked a room to experience the hotel and its location this time. It exceeded my expectations. The hotel is 2 minutes from the Famous Paradaplatz, allowing for multiple choices for transit use, and the famous Bahnhofstrasse with its high-end shops and cafes. The hotel is also located in the city's old section, making walking in any weather enjoyable. It is also within walking distance of Lake Zurich, Bellevueplatz, Train Station, and Zurich's old, cobblestone streets. This place is at the heart of it all, with the price tag of other hotels nearby. The room was great. Due to the heavy rain on this trip, I utilized the room more than usual. I loved that the room included fresh fruit on the table, a big bottle of mineral water and a personalized note welcoming me. This was a pleasant and unexpected treat—a lovely touch and enough to want me to return. There is also a hot beverage machine with complimentary coffee and tea. I could make myself comfortable sitting back and relaxing while watching a movie thanks to the TV Chromecast allowing direct streaming from my phone to the TV. The staff was excellent!! The front desk person, Crazy-nails (you know who you are), helped me check-in. She was delightful and put a smile on my face. Very friendly and social. It made me feel more like a good friend than a paying guest. It was a very refreshing change after a tough week.

Very friendly staff. Superb conditions for small children: not only they provided the baby crib free of charge, but also left a sleeping bag (see photo) and a diaper container in the room. The room was very large and nicely decorated. Breakfast was also good

We were warmly welcomed by all the staff as soon as we arrived. The junior suite was very large, clean and had a lot of charm due to the old wooden floors in combination with modern elements. Every wish was fulfilled immediately and we would like to express our special thanks to the reception and especially Kaltrina, who made us feel at home at all times. We will definitely be back. For sure - one of the best Hotels ever!
