The location was great - super close to metro and walking distance to lake. The hotel itself was a really fun modern design with bonus roof terrace overlooking town. Staff were friendly and really enjoyed the breakfast selection.

Our stay at Mutao was absolutely wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially Lyla, who gave us great local tips. The location couldn’t be better – close to everything but still quiet at night. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip!

    Excellent hotel, quite close to the Hangzhou Railway Station, has a lot of restaurants nearby. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. We had a great night staying there. Highly recommended, next time in China I'll look into SSAW hotels for staying!

    Very nice personnel, trying its best in English. Very helpful with the free laundry service. Perfect position close to Hangzhou Railway Station and subway. Very comfortable room and good location.
