Great location, attentive english-speaking staff. Helpful with planning our trip - arranged a driver for us to see the scenic areas around Guilin. Breakfast was good, and the view from the dining area (5th floor) was amazing!

Everything! The room was super beautiful with a nice view over the lake. All the propriety is really well maintained. Outside you can really relax and enjoy peaceful moments. Staff was amazing, super kind and helpful. Melody helped us to organize activities and also lunch and dinner. We really appreciate her kindness.

Everything was great, the breakfast included, the views, the rooms and the staff. Michele helped us with everything , tours and river cruise.

The staff were very sweat and even though they did not speak English they used the translation app and it worked. The room was very nice and location was also great

The hotel is charming, located in a very quiete and peaceful location, walking distance from the Reed Flute caves and a short taxi ride to the town centre. Since we were staying 2 nights, they picked us up from the train station which was very helpful. The room and washroom we stayed in was very clean and well furnished. We are very impressed by the owner's hospitality and generosity. When we arrived there, we were welcome with smiles, oranges and tea. They offer assistance with tours in the region and transportation. We must mention two things that we are grateful that the hotel has exceptional quality for its services. First, we asked if it was possible to reduce our stay by one day, the owner had no hesitation to accept our change. Second, as we left early from the hotel room in a rush we forgot two personal items in the room. The owner contacted us right away and arranged the delivery our items to our new location more than an hour away. We highly rate and recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and well equipped. Modern design and furniture. Very pleasant staff. Best hair dryer I ever met in hotels. Good breakfast.
