Our stay at this hotel was truly pleasant and relaxing. The hotel has been recently renovated, which added a fresh and modern feel to the experience. What made it even more special was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff — they were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The hospitality we received was genuinely heartwarming. The location is great. Only 2 minutes walk from the hotel to the Metro Line 5 with the shortcut. The staffs are helpful, the beds are big and comfortable. Breakfast is good. There are different types of socket in the room so does not matter where are you from, you still can find the right one. If we come back to Beijing, we will book again this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though the room we booked turned to be double booked, they found a solution and we got another room and immediately some refund for the price difference. All people at the reception speak English and doing their best to understand other people. They also helped us with the taxi when the driver lost his way. Overall we had a good impression of the hotel and the neighbourhood. It still has its Chinese identity.
