Location is nice and quiet, everything is very clean, bed was the most comfortable one in a two month trip. Staff was really friendly, the overall atmosphere is just great. Great Chinese breakfast.

New ZealandWow! The staff here is very friendly. She loved telling us about all the best local spots. You can really feel the warmth of her service. On our first night there, we didn't want to go out because we were tired after a long day of travel so the staff showed us a demonstration of pouring Chinese tea using the artistic tea set they have. She also gave us some local Chinese desserts so that we could enjoy a quiet night drinking tea and chatting. A very personal experience.

SpainThe staff is great. Prior to my arrival, communication was smooth—Melody speaks excellent English and provided all the information I needed about activities in Guilin. During my stay, Ms. Bai was incredibly kind. Despite her limited English, we managed to communicate easily with translation apps. She helped me find a nearby restaurant and we even shared a pleasant conversation over tea.
The hotel’s facilities are modern, and my room had everything I needed.
The hotel is a bit far from the city center, which could be inconvenient depending on your plans in Guilin. However, this is something you can easily see on the map before booking, so it wasn’t a surprise. Plus, the distance is compensated by mountain views and the peaceful surroundings. For me, it was completely worth it—after long days of exploring, the tranquility of the hotel and the nearby dining options made it the perfect place to relax.

The staff is super friendly and happy to help you book activities. The food options in the restaurant are great, and they have Western and vegetarian options. The location of the hotel is conveniently close to the Reed Flute Cave, which is a lot more quiet than the city. We rented bikes for a day to get into the city which is less than 20 mins away and safe enough for tourists, especially with the new bike roads around the village.
