The hotel staff were super friendly, responsive, and were incredibly accommodating. The check in process was very smooth and the host took us to our room. When I went to the front desk to purchase some water, the receptionist just gave me for free and made sure we have enough. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is very close to Sea World, where lots of actions and great restaurants are located.

Good room, good bed, good laundry washing machine, good breakfast for both meat eaters and vegetarians. Good location, very near to the Shen Zhen metro station Hai Yue. Very good service. There is also a big shopping mall which is very nearby and it is pretty good for all your needs.Supermarket, and various restaurant. I very much like this place!

The hotel was amazing and exceeds our expectations. But I have to mention, the hotel front desk Carl Tian, who was incredibly helpful and kind—always courteous and ready to address our needs. Everyone in the group agreed that he was very friendly and made our stay in Shenzhen so much smoother.
