Week or more (I was told by my hotel) advance ticket necessary to go there. Security blocks off whole area starting across wide street, sidewalk across road blocked too. Without access ticket one can't get close enough to see anything. Long queues--didn't see any special access for old, handicapped etc--there must be some somewhere but I saw none.
