I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, right next to the metro, and the rooms are modern, spacious, and well equipped. The food was excellent, with great quality and variety. The hotel even offered a free city tour with excellent guides, which made the experience unforgettable. What truly stood out was the outstanding staff—always attentive, professional, and eager to help. It's very convenient the location of the hotel with a shopping mall across the street, with restaurants, shops and a super market on the basement. I received a great support from their concierge Blithe. He is super efficient and help me solve how to send a parcel to another city as well as solve to receive other parcels in the Hotel! Definitely it's a great place to stay. Also the service at the lobby bar from all the girls specially Julia is super attentive and friendly.

The staff were kind and helpful from the very beginning. After we returned to the UK, we realised my mum had accidentally left one of her passports at the hotel.
