Breakfast (chinese style) is very good and served on the 6th floor in a nice room. Carol who speaks english fluently is very helpful for taxi booking or park ticket entrance purchase.

Starting with the point of contact in WeChat - the lady was very helpful, as she knew English and also arranged transport from Zhangjiajie West to the hotel 10 hours before our arrival. After arriving at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the room - clean sheets, comfy mattresses. They clean your room everyday. The hotel is also 5 min away on foot from the eastern entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park. Mountain View Guesthouse is also located on the main street, surrounded by multiple restaurants, where tourists can eat delicious local food.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful—he greeted us with fresh fruit and made us feel very welcome from the start. He also helped us arrange taxis and took the time to explain what to see in the city. Thanks to his recommendations, we truly enjoyed exploring the area. Highly recommended!

Our 5-night stay at this charming, family-owned hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome to the heartfelt farewell, every moment felt personal and genuine. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and tastefully decorated with local touches. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, offering great local tips and sorting out our itineraries and park tickets.     Ralph and his staff are exceptional: polite, very friendly, super helpful, and spend time explaining routes to follow for Tianzhi Shan, Yuanjiajie and Yuanjiajie. Room was cleaned and very comfortable. For its price, everything is beyond my expectations.
