Breakfast (chinese style) is very good and served on the 6th floor in a nice room. Carol who speaks english fluently is very helpful for taxi booking or park ticket entrance purchase.

Excellent location near the main entrance of the park, the staff are welcoming and helpful with information and assistance in purchasing tickets for the various activities in Zhangjiajie. The night market on the main street is very nice.

Lovely hotel, the free breakfast was a great help. The owner was a lovely lady who helped us book airport transfer and even helped us book tickets to the glass bridge. She gets a discount too. The location was brilliant. We could walk to the East entrance to Zhangjiajie national forest. We had an amazing stay here and we're sad to say goodbye Wuling town is a treasure.

Our stay at Zhangjiajie Utopia Hotel was exceptional! The service was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. A special shoutout to Lily, who was incredibly helpful throughout our trip—she assisted with everything from planning our itinerary to sorting out currency and even arranging transportation. Thanks to her, our visit was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful—he greeted us with fresh fruit and made us feel very welcome from the start. Our 5-night stay at this charming, family-owned hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome to the heartfelt farewell, every moment felt personal and genuine. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and tastefully decorated with local touches. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, offering great local tips and sorting out our itineraries and park tickets. As a bonus - It is a short walk of the East gate of the National Park. It’s rare to find a place that blends comfort, care, and character so seamlessly.An absolute gem we’ll never forget.

    Ralph and his staff are exceptional: polite, very friendly, super helpful, and spend time explaining routes to follow for Tianzhi Shan, Yuanjiajie and Yuanjiajie. Room was cleaned and very comfortable. For its price, everything is beyond my expectations.
