Everything. Andel is an excellent location, in the sense that it’s well connected to most places you would need to visit, e.g., old town, lesser town, new town, the Castle, etc. Andel is both walkable to and reachable by tram, bus, and metro. Room is super comfortable: clean shower and toilet, big and soundproof window, quiet air conditioning, rest assured you sleep like a baby. Breakfast is insanely good, 6:30 to 10:30 (11:30 weekend) all you can eat: salad, muesli, meat, bread, fruits, desserts, and espresso coffee made by trained baristas. WiFi is not super fast but stable throughout my stay, sufficient to do video calls. Staff are helpful, they let me storage my luggage for free and use the bathroom after I check out and before catching a night bus. Why bother paying extra in the touristic areas ? OREA is no brainer.

From arrival to the departure it was an excelent 3-day experience. Place I would gladly return to in my future visits to Prague. Clean and nicely decorated modern room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, free parking in hotel premises. Position of hotel is very good, it is located some 150 m from Jinonice metro station. Metro ride to city centre takes around 10 minutes.
