- Spotlessly clean in every nook and cranny! - We felt immediately welcomed both by the staff and the general cleanliness and brightness of the hotel - nicely positioned within the city - good selection of toiletries - solid hotel breakfast with many good options, including vegetarian ones and good drinks - very helpful employees that fully compensate for the minimal shortcoming of not having a parking spot right in front of the hotel/inside of it

We only had one night, but it was enough to see that this is a very nice place. Great location, very close to the most important parts of the city. The most important thing was that the staff was exceptional, friendly and professional. They provided all the information with ease, making sure that we get the most pleasant stay. Great location! loved the room, very clean and really warm during the winter time. The room wasn't very big, but it was big enough and cozy for 2 people. Although the hotel is situated on a busy street, there wasn't any noise during the night. We would definitely recommend it.

Large and comfortable rooms and a very friendly staff. They also have a restaurant which also had a very friendly staff. Hard to believe, but thanks to the great public transport services of Prague, the location was not an issue.
