The food was great, the hotel was very comfortable, and the staff were lovely. Even though we didn't have a car, it was very easy. Turn right out of the tube station, cross the road at the end of the big wall, turn left into the little park, and the hotel was there.

The two staff named karolina and yurii at the front desk of the hotel were very friendly and helped us a lot. We will come back again.
